Day 1 with Visible support they reset my network settings, checked to ensure my phone number is there in the Phone settings (it is), did a redownload of my esim, reprovision, reset my connection to the towers, turn off dial assist, turn on/off roaming, check the carrier bundle ... I have the same issue. Customer service reps - two of them - both have been disastrous - wasted 2 hours and can’t do any calls. My mistake is I was trying to get them to move me to a pooled plan. I know that big telcos have not great customer service, but it has never happened to me that they don’t get the calls working. Hopeless situation
