From Flock: Each familiar uses the same rules and options for a familiar conjured by the Find Familiar spell. Pact of the Chain doesn't change the rules or options of the Find Familiar spell. Instead it allows you to do X when Y, X being summon an Imp, etc. and Y being when you cast Find Familiar. Familiars and Vampiric Touch. The spell vampiric touch doesn't have a range of touch, but of self. As long as you concentrate on it, you have a new ability which is a melee spell attack. I think it doesn't work with a familiar's ability to deliver touch spells for you. Someone on the Internet disagrees with me!!!!!
