Same with the Ivalice raids which take more than just inspiration from FFXII and FF Tactics but again have been reworked to fit into and expand the universe. It's not the same world as XII and Tactics, it's an Ivalice which is a region of XIV's world. It features characters from both XII and Tactics, but they're not really the same characters. Also the timeline is reversed compared to XII/Tactics.But it will definately make the other Alliance raids a little more common. Which is good, because trying to do something like Ivalice or Neir raids for the first time is painful due to the massive queue times even on populated servers at peak times, the thing the roullete is supposed to alliviate.

Out of the 4 alliance raids we have so far, I like Ivalice gear the best. The CT raids, while nice as a throwback to classic FF3, have godawful gear. It looks tacky as shit and the colors are mismatched all the time.
