Yeah, R2ModMan is really cool. As far as mods go I use ShareSuit to share items with friends. Ordered items, of course. And there's a bit more of qol mods, like scanner 2.0 , itemstatsmod and commandcount. And I just saw there's a mod called BetterUI that regroup a lot of qol mods I use.
